Gloucester County Information Technology is seeking a Senior Software Analyst/Cybersecurity to lead cybersecurity initiatives, oversee MDM and website applications, and guide incident response. The role requires deep expertise in security operations, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and county departments.

The position reports to the Director of Information Technology and emphasizes secure, reliable IT services for county operations and residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive cybersecurity, systems analysis, or IT project management experience.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in cybersecurity or MDM administration and support is required.
• Two (2) years of experience in a technical supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of cybersecurity, MDM, and application support team members.
• Serves as principal lead for planning, implementation, and management of cybersecurity systems, MDM, websites, and related applications.
• Develops, documents, and enforces cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard County systems, networks, and applications.
• Oversees and administers the County’s MDM environment, ensuring secure configuration, monitoring, and management of mobile devices, applications, and data.
• Coordinates the development, maintenance, and security of the County’s website and associated web applications.
• Directs incident detection, response, and recovery processes for cybersecurity threats and breaches.
• Monitors cybersecurity tools, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and SIEM platforms for suspicious activity.
• Plans and oversees upgrades, enhancements, and integrations of cybersecurity, MDM, and website platforms.
• Provides leadership and guidance to IT staff, vendors, and contractors supporting cybersecurity and related applications.
• Supports County end-users with cybersecurity, MDM, and website-related training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Performs other related duties as necessary to ensure secure operation of County cybersecurity systems.
