• Serve as the primary coordination point between security operations, incident handlers, application security, vulnerability management, and infrastructure teams.
• Document victim, asset, and business impact information to support risk-based decisions.
• Maintain incident status, action tracking, and escalation records throughout the response lifecycle.
• Communicate incident actions and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Identify blockers, establish ownership, and drive timely execution across multiple teams.
• Ensure alignment with policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Lead post-incident reviews to identify systemic weaknesses and improvements.
