• Advanced understanding of information security architecture, secure engineering, identity security, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Extensive experience with cybersecurity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SIEM/MDR, vulnerability management, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to develop security architectures, implementation plans, testing protocols, and lifecycle roadmaps.
• Experience leading complex security technology implementations in hybrid or cloud environments.
• Willingness to support work outside normal hours for urgent issues or maintenance.
• Possible travel between firm offices
• Current relevant certifications are highly desirable

Required Skills:

• Advanced understanding of information security architecture, secure engineering, identity security, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and data protection
• Extensive experience with cybersecurity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SIEM/MDR, vulnerability management, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or similar tools
• Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to develop security architectures, implementation plans, testing protocols, and lifecycle roadmaps
• Experience leading complex security technology implementations in hybrid or cloud environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Legal and Records management security requirements
• Experience in regulated environments such as law firms, financial institutions, or professional services
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST guidance, and secure-by-design principles
• Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft AZ-500, SC-100, GIAC, or equivalent security certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, architecture, or operations
• 7+ years of progressively responsible cybersecurity or security architecture experience (preferred)

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support work outside normal hours for urgent issues or maintenance
• Possible travel between firm offices
• Current relevant certifications are highly desirable
