Job summary

Warehouse-Specialists,-LLC-2 is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen vulnerability management, security operations, identity protection, and incident response. You will partner with IT and business leaders, mentor teams on security best practices, and help build a proactive security culture across the organization.

The role requires hands-on experience with Rapid7 InsightVM/MDR, CIS 18/NIST CSF governance, MFAs in Entra ID, and effective security policy development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Rapid7 InsightVM and/or Rapid7 MDR in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with CIS 18/NIST CSF risk management and control maturity.
• Experience designing Zero Trust/Conditional Access policies and MFA in Entra ID.
• Ability to coordinate penetration tests and translate findings into remediation.
• Understanding of Windows/Linux server administration and AD/Entra ID.
• Proven ability to document policies, standards, and procedures.
• Experience in incident response including credential remediation and device isolation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Rapid7 vulnerability management program across on-prem, cloud, and mixed environments.
• Lead vulnerability prioritization using asset criticality and business context.
• Drive remediation timelines with IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain CIS 18 program and track remediation roadmaps.
• Own and execute Incident Response Plan during incidents, documenting root cause.
• Monitor SSL certificate lifecycles across endpoints and remediate expirations.
• Own Security Awareness Program including phishing simulations.
• Develop IT and security policies with leadership.
• Design Zero Trust/CA policies and identity protection alerts.
• Review privileged access and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Coordinate external pentests and integrate findings into the program.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify emerging risks.
• Evaluate security tooling and vendor solutions before deployment.
• Produce monthly security metrics dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with leadership on annual security initiatives.
• Mentor IT staff on security best practices.
