Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and monitor security controls across the organization. The role is hands-on and advisory, requiring deep expertise in cybersecurity engineering, architecture, and threat management.

You will partner with risk and business units to shape strategy, perform advanced risk assessments, and drive scalable security solutions while mentoring junior engineers and influencing across technology and business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in information security with senior responsibilities.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, AWS Certified Security - Specialty are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
• Experience with SOC, SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, PAM, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize security requirements across business units with risk assessments.
• Develop enterprise security strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
• Lead complex control and vulnerability assessments; drive remediation.
• Provide senior-level reporting on residual risk, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Advise on security requirements for major projects and architectures.
