Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; master preferred.
• 7–10 years in information security with senior-level responsibilities.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, or AWS Security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize security requirements with risk teams.
• Develop enterprise security strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and remediation across teams.
• Provide senior-level reporting to the Director of Information Security.
• Advise on security in major projects and architecture decisions.
• Define and improve baseline security configurations for systems and cloud.
• Oversee audit findings resolution and remediation activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Research emerging technologies to strengthen HomeServe's security posture.
