Job summary

Information Systems Solutions, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer III to support A&A accreditation efforts and maintain cybersecurity monitoring operations in a 100% onsite role.

You will perform incident triage, identify vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation strategies while ensuring RMF compliance and thorough documentation (SSP, SAP, SARs) within the eMASS workflow, including IV&V, STIG checks, ASR, and POA&M updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or incident response.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Test and apply security controls based on security categorization and tailoring.
• Conduct reconnaissance of data and author Plans of Milestones and Actions (POA&Ms).
• Develop comprehensive A&A documentation (SSP, SAP, SARs).
• Adhere to eMASS tasks within the accreditation cycle (IV&V, STIG checks, ASR, POA&M updates).
• Maintain DISA circuit connections and accreditation workflows.
