Job summary

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer III to support A&A accreditation efforts under the NIWC PAC IT Management Support Services contract. The role maintains cybersecurity monitoring operations, triages incidents, identifies vulnerabilities, and recommends remediation strategies.

The position is 100% onsite and requires in-depth knowledge of the Risk Management Framework, with responsibilities spanning SSP/SAP/SAR development, IV&V, STIG checks, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or incident response.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Test and apply security controls based on security categorization and tailoring.
• Conduct active and passive reconnaissance and prepare Plans of Milestones and Actions (POA&M).
• Develop comprehensive A&A documentation (SSP, SAP, SARs).
• Adhere to eMASS tasks within the accreditation cycle (IV&V, STIG checks, ASR, POA&M updates).
• Maintain DISA circuit connections and accreditations workflow.
