Job summary

Information Systems Solutions, Inc. (ISS) is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer III to support NIWC PAC IT management services. The role focuses on A&A accreditation, security monitoring, incident triage, vulnerability remediation, and RMF knowledge.

This position is 100% onsite in San Diego, CA. Specific duties include developing SSPs, SAPs, SARs, and coordinating with the accreditation cycle, IV&V, STIGs, and POA&Ms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or incident response.
• CISSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and apply security controls based on categorization and tailoring.
• Maintain security monitoring operations and triage incidents for scope and impact.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans, SAPs, SARs and related AA documentation.
• Adhere to accreditation cycles, IV&V, STIG checks, ASR, POA&M updates.
