Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering or related role.
• Hands-on IAM experience: SSO, MFA, conditional access, RBAC, PAM.
• Proven incident response leadership and remediation experience.
• Experience with vulnerability management, patching, and risk-based prioritization.
• Experience with EDR/XDR and/or SIEM platforms.
• Security policy development and implementation experience.
• Strong threat analysis and mitigation knowledge.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and common security controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM services including SSO, MFA, conditional access, RBAC, and PAM.
• Lead detection, containment, eradication, and recovery during incidents.
• Operate vulnerability management programs with timely remediation.
• Deploy and tune EDR/XDR and SIEM tooling across the environment.
• Design and implement security solutions: firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, cloud controls.
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards across IT.
• Conduct threat analyses and vulnerability assessments to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into infrastructure.
• Research new security technologies and provide security awareness training.
