Job summary

Def-Logix, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to provide technical leadership across cybersecurity, cloud engineering, Agile DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Zero Trust for a Federal Government customer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Federal, DHS, IC architectures, standards, and emerging practices. The role requires guiding implementation strategies, translating guidance into actionable plans, and overseeing execution of engineering efforts with government stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity engineering experience on large federal projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, DHS, and IC cybersecurity architectures and standards.
Experience supporting cloud engineering, Agile DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Zero Trust initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide overall technical direction for cybersecurity engineering activities across all task areas.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives involving cloud engineering, Agile DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Zero Trust.
Develop and implement technical plans aligned with Federal cybersecurity requirements.
Translate cybersecurity architectures and guidance into executable engineering plans.
Oversee execution of cybersecurity engineering plans to ensure project success.
Collaborate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to support mission objectives.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
