Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a cybersecurity leader onsite in Tewksbury, MA. You will define system-wide cybersecurity requirements, architect secure solutions for complex DoD systems, and drive RMF/ATO processes.

Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience are essential. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance on day one; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Strong understanding of RMF and NIST SP 800-37.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

Responsibilities

• Define system level cybersecurity requirements and architect secure solutions across complex DoD systems.
• Analyze security data, test results, and assessment findings to drive risk identification and remediation.
• Prepare, maintain, and improve RMF/ATO documentation and other cybersecurity artifacts.
• Develop cybersecurity architecture artifacts, strategies, and security policies.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, A&A activities, and remediation validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure secure system integration.
• Conduct internal cybersecurity audits to verify control implementation and compliance.
• Guide development and testing of security controls across networks, databases, operating systems, and applications.
• Champion Agile principles and serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and enabling iterative delivery.
• Maintain Agile metrics and align security work with program priorities.
