CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead enterprise regulatory compliance initiatives. You will guide how the organization conducts regulatory assessments, implement controls, and report findings to senior leadership and regulators.

The role requires extensive experience with regulatory frameworks in healthcare and retail environments, collaboration with Legal and Internal Audit, and the ability to educate stakeholders on risk management and control

Qualificações

• 7+ years in information technology or information security with strong regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years working with auditors/assessors and remediation planning.
• Experience with FTC, HIPAA, NY DFS, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, HITRUST, NAIC.
• 3+ years in audit methodologies, internal control frameworks, risk assessments, control testing.
• Certifications: CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages procedures to support cybersecurity regulatory audits and compliance activities with schedules and deadlines.
• Develops processes for regulatory, internal audit, and industry-standard assessments and audits.
• Coaches stakeholders on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Defines risk management policies to support technology controls across the enterprise.
• Oversees preparation and submission of regulatory compliance reports to management, auditors, and regulators.
• Oversees audits and assessments to measure control effectiveness and reports results.
• Educates stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top regulatory risks.
