Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in cybersecurity engineering, CS or related field with 5+ years experience (or 3 years with Masters).
• Security certification; Sec+ required.
• Familiarity with DoD/DoE NASA and commercial ops is a plus.
• Network capability and configuration familiarity a plus.
• Experience with digital engineering/MBSE representations and tools is a plus.
• Proven project/program leadership and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Customer focus with ability to formulate plans for advanced designs and problems.
• Self‑starter who works well in a team; DoD security clearance ability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system security needs for design, test, evaluation, and certification activities.
• Develop risk management documents aligned to DoD/NIST standards.
• Create secure network and system architectures meeting standards.
• Implement security standards and report risk posture with remediations.
• Use vulnerability tools across networks, systems, and software development.
• Promote cybersecurity tool set and processes within the enterprise.
• Communicate issues and solutions across program and engineering teams.
