Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Architect to enhance architecture platforms using cloud-based technologies and support strategic global solutions. You will leverage advanced architecture capabilities to identify, communicate, and mitigate risk while collaborating with colleagues across the organization for best-in-class outcomes.

You will guide stakeholders, provide technical direction to teams, contractors, and vendors, and act as a subject matter expert in one or more focus

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in cybersecurity architecture concepts.
• 7+ years of practical experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions and controls.
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and cloud/AI contexts.
• Ability to tackle design problems independently with minimal oversight.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Guides evaluation of cybersecurity principals, processes, and controls against standards.
• Provides technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to propose changes during vulnerabilities.
• Serves as subject matter expert in one or more focus areas.
• Contributes to engineering communities with SDLC frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Influences decisions to adopt leading-edge technologies.
