Responsibilities

• Perform threat triage, incident investigation, and risk analysis for DOE systems and data.
• Analyze security alerts to identify IOCs and attack patterns across environments.
• Correlate security data to form a unified view of cyber risk for prioritization.
• Identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations; assess business impact.
• Ensure alignment with NIST, FISMA, and internal policies and controls.
• Document findings, trends, and lessons learned to improve SOC processes.
• Monitor security across SOC, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data Protection domains.
