Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join the Security Team in the United States. You will secure the software development lifecycle, embed security controls, and detect vulnerabilities across water-utility digital platforms.

You'll apply advanced threat detection, incident response, and secure coding practices while collaborating with engineering teams to strengthen resilience and protect critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong knowledge of securing the SDLC and DevSecOps.
• Experience with cloud security (GCP) and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor advanced security events and anomalies; develop detection rules.
• Lead complex incident response including forensics and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and simulated attack scenarios across infra and apps.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen secure coding in the SDLC.
• Review security controls and ensure compliance with frameworks; drive remediation.
• Develop threat intelligence and defense strategies against emerging threats.
• Mentor junior analysts and support team capability development.
• Align enterprise security initiatives with business goals.
