Job summary

Que Technology Group in Laurel, MD seeks a Senior Cybersecurity AI Developer to build innovative solutions that boost defensive cyber operations. You will work side-by-side with mission operators to transform real-world challenges into advanced capabilities and accelerate code development using corporate AI resources for vulnerability analysis, incident response, adversary emulation, and COMSEC monitoring.

Required: Master’s degree with substantial software experience, strong Python,

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent with security-focused software experience.
Strong foundation in software development methodologies and lifecycle.
Experience with Python for application development and data tasks.
Understanding of defensive cybersecurity concepts and threat landscapes.

Responsibilities

Develop solutions and prototypes to improve defensive cyber operations speed and efficiency.
Collaborate with mission operators to observe workflows and design technical solutions.
Integrate AI capabilities using LLMs and corporate AI resources to scale analytics.
Support workflows across vulnerability patching, incident response, and threat emulation.
