Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Administrator III to provide senior administration, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment support for cybersecurity technologies used by government customers.

The role covers deployment, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Government-approved SOC tools, sensors, and platforms, ensuring reliability and compliance with policy requirements. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in cybersecurity administration.
• Education substitution: 3 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with OS/software implementation and maintenance, patching, monitoring, backup/recovery, troubleshooting outages, data recovery, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Government-approved SOC tools, sensors, platforms, enclaves, and supporting technologies.
• Help sustain the operational availability of cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Support integration and interoperability between cybersecurity platforms, data sources, sensors, workflows, applications, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure configurations conform to IRS policies, security requirements, standards, hardening guidance, and Government direction.
• Support implementation and documentation of technical changes.
• Maintain configuration information, deployment records, technical diagrams, and handoff materials.
• Support notification/resolution activities for operational anomalies and outages.
• Maintain SOC tool licenses, maintenance agreements, assets, and inventory information.
• Support currency of software and vulnerability patches.
• Transfer knowledge and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
