American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a seasoned PAM professional to manage privileged accounts and secrets within CyberArk Privilege Cloud. You will support access rotation, reviews, and incident resolution while driving security improvements across the enterprise.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience, strong English communication, and hands-on scripting with PowerShell or Python in AWS/Azure environments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Fluent English with strong communication and consultative abilities.
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent CyberArk certifications.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting; cloud environments (AWS, Azure); SIEM/monitoring tools.

Mansioni

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within PAM ensuring security and compliance.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution for privileged sessions.
• Conduct access reviews, audit assessments, and compliance reporting.
• Identify security risks and develop actionable mitigations.
• Lead onboarding of accounts to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive mitigation actions with internal teams.
• Create and maintain documentation; train staff on PAM use cases and SOPs.
