Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a CyberArk Engineer to design, install, and support enterprise PAM solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on CyberArk expertise and a security-first mindset, collaborating across IT teams in a remote Dallas setting.

You will manage Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and DR Vault, configure Safes and session policies, perform upgrades and health checks, and coordinate privileged-access lifecycles with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience engineering and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Experience configuring Safes, platforms, access controls, and password rotation.
• Experience integrating with AD, MFA, SIEM, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, and support PAM solutions using CyberArk across environments.
• Maintain CyberArk components: Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and DR Vault.
• Configure safes, platforms, access controls, password management and session policies.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, patching, hardening, health checks, and DR validation.
• Onboard and manage privileged accounts and secrets through lifecycle changes.
