Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a seasoned CyberArk Specialist to support and enhance our Privileged Access Management environment in a hybrid New York, NY setting. The role requires hands-on CyberArk operations, automation, and strong collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.

Ideal candidates will have 14+ years of experience, expertise with CyberArk PAS components, and experience integrating with AD/LDAP, SIEM, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience with CyberArk PAM/PAS and core components.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and incident resolution in production.
• Automation experience using PowerShell or Python for workflows.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with AD/LDAP, SIEM and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk incidents and production issues.
• Troubleshoot password rotation failures and privileged session access.
• Monitor CyberArk platform health, availability, and performance.
• Administer Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA; configure safes and permissions.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and multi-node configurations.
• Onboard Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, and app accounts.
• Automate workflows using PowerShell and Python.
• Integrate CyberArk with AD/LDAP, SIEM, and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and app teams.
• Conduct privileged access audits and generate security reports.
