Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems, LLC, in Arlington, VA, seeks an experienced JCDC Cyber Triage Analyst to support the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). The role performs initial analysis of threat reports, IOC submissions, and notifications, operating at Tier 1/2 SOC level with enhanced CTI responsibilities.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
• 2–4+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in SOC, CTI, incident response, or network security monitoring.
• Experience researching and enriching IOCs with threat intel and OSINT.
• Ability to document findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage and assessment of incoming cyber threat tickets, incident reports, IOC submissions, and cybersecurity notifications.
• Analyze indicators and artifacts including IPs, domains, URLs, file hashes, and malware artifacts.
• Assess credibility, severity, scope, and potential impact of reported activity.
• Enrich IOCs using TIPs, OSINT, and government resources.
• Correlate indicators with threat actors, campaigns, and TTPs.
• Develop concise, defensible cyber triage reports with recommendations.
• Route tickets to appropriate JCDC teams and partners.
• Coordinate with sector analysts and interagency partners for context.
