Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber operations, or intelligence analysis.
• Minimum 5 years across at least two intelligence disciplines: collection, attribution, campaign analysis, or technical threat analysis.
• Minimum 3 years using a TIP and 2+ years with commercial CTI providers (Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Intel 471, Cybersixgill).
• Minimum 3 years applying MITRE ATT&CK in analysis or threat modeling.
• Minimum 3 years using structured analytic techniques (e.g., HAC, diamond model) in intelligence production.
• Minimum 3 years applying estimative language and confidence levels in written assessments.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior analytical capacity (deputy analyst, principal analyst).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; associate degree requires 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intelligence analysis across domains: collection, attribution, campaigns, and technical threat analysis.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products to support decision-making.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to assess threat activity.
• Conduct quality review of analytical products, including attribution and campaigns.
• Support cross-team coordination without formal management authority.
• Provide surge support for high-priority requirements and new threats.
• Mentor and onboard analysts across teams.
• Brief senior stakeholders on findings, often with short timelines.
