Job summary

Accenture seeks a Principal Operational Intelligence Analyst to serve as a high-impact analytical resource across multiple intelligence teams in a dynamic environment. You will be deployed on priority needs, surge analysis, and cross-cutting challenges, contributing across the intelligence lifecycle.

You will deliver analyses across domains, produce actionable intelligence products, and mentor analysts, briefing senior leaders on findings with short preparation timelines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional CTI, cyber operations, or intelligence analysis.
• 5+ years across at least two intelligence disciplines (collection, attribution, campaign analysis, or technical threat analysis).
• 3+ years using at least one TIP and 2+ years leveraging commercial CTI providers (Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Intel 471, Cybersixgill).
• 3+ years applying MITRE ATT&CK in intel analysis, reporting, or threat modeling.
• 3+ years using structured analytic techniques (e.g., ACH, key assumptions checks, diamond model).
• 3+ years applying estimative language and confidence levels in intel assessments.
• 2+ years in a senior analytical capacity (deputy/principal analyst).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years) or Associate’s with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intelligence analysis across multiple domains (collection, attribution, campaigns, technical threat analysis).
• Produce high-quality intelligence products for operational and strategic decisions.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to assess threat activity and develop defensible assessments.
• Conduct quality reviews of analytical products (attribution and campaign analysis).
• Support cross-team coordination and priority intelligence efforts without formal management.
• Provide surge support for high-priority intelligence requirements.
• Mentor and onboard analysts across teams to grow analytical capability.
• Brief senior stakeholders on findings, often with tight timelines.
