JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Demonstrate and apply subject matter expertise in various information security disciplines, both technical and non-technical.
* Collect, process, analyze, and produce tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence across the organization.
* Prioritize work, gather information from diverse sources, and draw strong analytical conclusions.
* Develop and maintain CTI processes, procedures, and playbooks.
* Manage threat communication and product distribution processes.
* Author clear, professional reports suitable for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
* Incorporate feedback from consumers and stakeholders.
* Defend analyses against opposing opinions.
* Employ predictive analytics to anticipate adversary capabilities, motivations, and intent, providing risk mitigation recommendations.
* Use intelligence tools to hunt and analyze threat activity in large data sets.
* Support security operations by providing context to active risks and threats.
* Work independently, in teams, and in hybrid environments, collaborating with various partners.
* Lead and prioritize cases, investigations, and projects with management guidance.
* Mentor junior analysts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7+ years of experience in an intelligence role, with 3+ years in cyber threat intelligence.
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Security certifications such as CISSP or SANS preferred.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* In-depth IT knowledge and understanding of the intelligence lifecycle.
* Skills in intelligence analysis tradecraft.
* Experience with vulnerability, exploitation, and penetration testing concepts.
* Knowledge of information security, forensics, monitoring, detection, and incident response.
* Familiarity with cyber threat vectors, adversarial TTPs, and the cyber kill chain.
* Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
* Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools and systems.
* Ability to lift 25 lbs. and recognize color-coded events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years managing/using threat intelligence to mitigate risks.
* Experience with behavioral analysis and reverse engineering.
* Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and incident management systems.
* Knowledge of the global cyber threat landscape across various industries.
* Awareness of geopolitical factors influencing cyber threats.
* Experience with insider threat investigations.
