Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Falcon Intelligence Recon Analyst to directly support cyber threat customers and maximize value from the Intelligence product they purchased.

You will work with multiple customers to manage the Falcon Intelligence Recon module and serve as a cyber intel interface to the broader CrowdStrike team. The role emphasizes strong technical threat intelligence with excellent communication to both technical and executive audiences, and requires the ability to balance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and ownership across many relationships.
• Triages and upscales noteworthy findings to customers from Falcon Intelligence Recon.
• Guides customers through findings with subject matter expertise.
• Represent customers' feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.
