Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Analyst to support the DOE Counterintelligence Directorate under the DOE-IN contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C. area.

The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of ten years' experience in cyber threat analysis and CNO tactics. Responsibilities include cyber investigations, multi-source intelligence, and liaison with government partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in cyber threat detection and CNO tactics/TPs.
• Experience with cyber investigations and forensics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated CI cyber-technical analytic support to the DOE Counterintelligence Directorate.
• Conduct cyber analytical activities and evaluate security systems and practices.
• Identify and analyze cyber events of CI significance.
• Develop tools for applying cyber security practices to CI missions.
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis relating to project objectives.
• Analyze networks to identify vulnerabilities and intrusion detection parameters.
• Report trends and implications of evolving issues.
• Collect data, analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Integrate research results into operations.
• Liaise with DOE offices, USIC and law enforcement.
