Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Desk Officer to support the DOE-IN contract in the Washington, D.C. area. The role involves daily case management of field investigations and liaison with federal agencies, with emphasis on counterintelligence operations and priority-setting.

Applicants should have a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of CI experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with CI databases and data mining is required. Salary range reflects senior-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; an Advanced Degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in counterintelligence and/or espionage case management and supervising agents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience with CI databases for recordkeeping and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Daily case management oversight of all field investigative activities.
• Liaison with USIC, FBI, and other law enforcement agencies.
• Recommend proactive CI investigative initiatives.
• Develop and promulgate CI investigative priorities.
• Manage adversary-specific CI programs and coordinate with FBI and USIC as needed.
• Provide support to the full spectrum of the CI program.
