Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Analyst to join the DCO team supporting DISA PAC at Ford Island, HI. You will synthesize multi-source intelligence, analyze TTPs, and direct threat-informed defense across perimeter boundaries and multi-cloud environments up to Top Secret/SCI.

Responsibilities include warning intelligence, adversary campaign tracking, operational reporting with DJOC/NSA, and development of detection use cases for SIEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with 2+ years of direct experience in cyber threat intelligence.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence products, and threat briefs.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Warning Intelligence & Attack Sensing: analyze boundary sensor feeds, Netflow, and logs with partners.
• Adversary Campaign Tracking: apply MITRE ATT&CK and track campaigns.
• Threat intelligence products: author Threat Warnings and Tippers.
• Telemetry & Breach Assessment: evaluate telemetry from blocking platforms to detect evasion.
• Operational Reporting: synchronize threat analyses with DJOC, USPACOM, NSA.
• Threat-hunting: reconstruct attack paths and validate malicious presence.
• Multi-Cloud & Zero Trust: analyze threats across cloud ecosystems.
• Detection use-case development for SIEMs.
• Threat trend reporting and vulnerability context.
• PMN/JOE-CE threat assessment for operational networks.
• User behavior profiling and IAM telemetry review.
• SCIF-based all-source cyber analysis.
• Cross-echelon coordination with leadership.
