Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Analyst to join the DCO team supporting DISA PAC at Ford Island, HI. The role focuses on multi-source intelligence synthesis, adversary behavior, and threat-driven defense across boundary clouds and classified networks.

Responsibilities include adversary tracking, TTP analysis, and development of detection use cases for enterprise SIEMs, with a TS/SCI‑level environment and DoD reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in all-source cyber threat analysis and CND fundamentals.
• Ability to author structured threat intelligence products and briefs.
• Familiarity with SIEMs and threat intel platforms.
• DoD/Cyber threat work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warning Intelligence & Attack Sensing: Analyze boundary sensor feeds, Netflow, and IDS/IPS logs to deliver warnings and sensing.
• Adversary Campaign Tracking: Apply MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain to track campaigns and assess impact.
• Actionable Battlefield Intelligence: Author and disseminate high-impact threat analysis products and warnings for defenders.
• Automated Telemetry & Breach Assessment: Evaluate telemetry to uncover evasion techniques and generate hypotheses.
• Operational Reporting & DJOC Synchronization: Coordinate with DJOC/USPACOM to standardize incident reporting and threat analyses.
