Job summary

BCMC is seeking a seasoned Incident Manager to support cyber threat intelligence efforts for a critical VM program. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing CTI to guide operational decisions, identify emerging threats and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigations.

The successful candidate will produce formal CTI reports, conduct briefings, and help fill intelligence gaps with disciplined, data-driven analysis. A strong background in intelligence methods and IC tools is essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience with intelligence analytical methods and sources.
• Ability to integrate cyber security data into investigations.
• Experience using IC database search tools and intelligence monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Proactively gather, analyze, and disseminate CTI to support decisions.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and countermeasures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate threats.
• Improve VM capabilities through training and research.
• Ingest information from classified and unclassified sources.
• Produce written CTI reports.
• Brief on vulnerabilities or threat actors (in person or virtual).
• Identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements.
