Job summary

BCMC is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence professional to support vulnerability management by proactively gathering and analyzing CTI, disseminating timely insights to inform operational decisions.

You will identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures, and produce written CTI reports for stakeholders. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, DHS suitability, and strong OSINT/IC tool familiarity.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
• Must be able to obtain DHS suitability.
• Minimum 5 years of CTI experience.
• Strong knowledge of intelligence methods and sources.
• Ability to integrate cyber security data into investigative products.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Can collaborate across agencies and locations.
• Experience with IC databases, search tools, monitoring and reporting.
• Familiar with OSINT tools including scraping and dark web.
• Technical ability to prioritize operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively gather, analyze, and disseminate CTI to inform decisions.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and countermeasures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate cyber threats.
• Improve VM capabilities through training and research.
• Ingest and analyze data from classified and unclassified sources.
• Produce written CTI reports.
• Conduct in-person and virtual briefings on vulnerabilities or threat actors.
• Identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements.
• Support operational decision-making with timely CTI.
