Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cyber Threat Hunt Analyst to lead advanced hunt missions across federal networks. You will mentor junior hunters, deploy to remote and air-gapped environments, and help shape the team’s long-term hunt roadmap.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• 7+ years in incident detection/response, malware analysis, or cyber forensics.
• Experience analyzing and fusing intelligence with investigations.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts in hunt methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex threat hunting missions against enterprise networks and high-value assets.
• Fuse threat intelligence with hunt findings to form attacker-activity hypotheses.
• Mentor junior and mid-level hunt analysts in methodology and tradecraft.
• Drive creation of detection content from hunts and Purple Team engagements.
• Author Executive Summaries and Situation Reports for extended hunts.
• Act as technical lead for Purple Team engagements with other teams.
• Contribute to long-term hunt roadmap and prioritization of targets.
• Represent the team in security observation reviews and cross-functional discussions.
