Responsibilities

Risk Selection: evaluate and assess the business applying for insurance, determine premium and terms.
Agent/Broker Relationships: negotiate with brokers and maintain key relationships.
Portfolio Management: grow and diversify a book of business with preferred brokers.
Documentation and continuous improvement: document deals and participate in improvement initiatives.
Leadership: mentor and coach underwriters to share expertise.
