Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Senior Consultant to help design cyber risk programs, operating models, and transformation initiatives for clients across sectors.

You will lead PMO support, develop repeatable methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assessments, transformations, and risk-based recommendations. Travel up to 50% may be required; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 4+ years in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project teams.
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: degrees in CS/IT/Risk, and professional certifications.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance tools and cloud security practices.
• Experience in PMO functions, program governance, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types (risk, maturity, operating models).
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, track milestones and RAID logs.
• Develop repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for cyber strategy delivery.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments including infrastructure, apps, and processes.
• Design target operating models with governance, roles, and process design.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams on assessments and transformations.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support.
