Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.
• Twenty years experience as a software engineer in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance complex software systems for data processing and real-time analytics.
• Lead and mentor multiple development teams through all phases of the software lifecycle.
• Perform software analysis, testing, and performance tuning for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate on system architecture and make trade-offs between custom development and COTS/GOTS.
• Resolve critical issues and ensure robust integration of system components.
