Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Maryland seeks a Microservices Developer to modernize a legacy system using a microservices-driven approach and AWS native technologies. You will craft Java Spring Boot microservices and REST services to filter and retrieve complex data objects.

The ideal candidate holds an active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph in the last 7 years, can support an on-call rotation, and will contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Maven, GitLab, and GitOps in an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
• Ability to support an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies.
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects.
• Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps.
• Agile development and delivery of software.
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline.
