Boston Government Services LLC (BGS) seeks a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join our Washington, DC team. This Evergreen Talent Pool posting targets qualified candidates for a role contingent upon contract award and on-site/hybrid work in the Washington, D.C. area.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS and at least 5 years in IT security, including 3+ years in related disciplines, along with an active security clearance. The position requires 2-3 days onsite weekly and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree and at least 5 years of IT security experience.
• At least 3 years in information, computer, or network security disciplines.
• Must have active security clearance.
• Must work on site in Washington D.C. area 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provides experience in information, computer, or network security disciplines.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends changes affecting project growth and success.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
