Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSM) to lead security for classified information systems, manage RMF compliance, and coordinate with government agencies and subcontractors.

You will develop, certify, and sustain security plans, provide training, and ensure operation in accordance with NISPOM, NIST SP 800-53 and JSIG, reporting to the Facility Security Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years ISSM experience.
• DOD 8570.1 Level II+; Security+ or CISSP required.
• Experience with NISPOM, RMF, JSIG, and NIST 800-53.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and overseeing the system security program for the facility.
• Ensuring compliance with government security policies and measures with stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing information system security education, training, and awareness programs.
• Managing system CCB meetings and security certifications.
• Maintaining POA&Ms and ensuring proper documentation and audits.
