Job summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Cyber Security Evaluation Team (CSET) Member (Senior Associate) to support the DoD National Cyber Range Complex. The role is on-site in Lexington Park, MD with 5 days on-site and potential compressed work schedule.

Applicants should have extensive pen testing and red team experience and be prepared for weekend/evening shifts as needed. The successful candidate will collaborate with government customers, conduct adversarial threat emulation, and perform

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of pen testing, red team operations, and/or offensive security experience.
• Experience using open source and commercial tools for assessments.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks and security testing across Windows/Linux domains.

Responsibilities

• Perform adversarial threat emulation (Red Teaming) and penetration testing on aeronautical systems and platform IT.
• Assess government networks including Windows domains, Linux systems, and network devices.
• Apply and develop advanced penetration testing concepts and tactics.
• Identify issues and vulnerabilities within operational networks and programs.
