Job summary

GDIT seeks a Cyber Security Project Engineer to join our team supporting customer activities at a high-security level. You will identify and respond to security incidents across enterprise and cloud environments, coordinating incident response and producing technical reports for diverse audiences.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience and a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. On-site work in McLean, VA with opportunities to influence cyber defense across multiple fabrics and centers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with incident response and cyber defense.
• Must currently possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Lead and coordinate incident response activities and produce after-action reviews.
• Perform threat detection, intrusion analysis, malware investigation, and forensics per standards.
