Job summary

Shulman Fleming & Partners in New York City seeks a Program Manager for Cyber Security and Reporting Programs with hybrid work and three onsite days. You will report to the Transformation & Delivery Office and lead a team delivering Cyber Security initiatives across the portfolio.

The role requires deep experience managing large security programs, governance, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional delivery with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering major Cyber Security programs within large financial institutions.
• Ability to structure complex initiatives, budget, and allocate resources.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and enabling technologies.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements (e.g., NYDFS, OCC/FRB/FDIC guidance).
• Knowledge of cyber security domains and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end portfolio of Cyber Security programs and projects, including intake, governance and reporting.
• Lead and manage a team of Program Managers across the portfolio.
• Ensure delivery from design through to implementation with target state processes and controls.
• Develop and oversee governance, risk, and status reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate across functions and legal entities for delivery readiness.
• Assess cross-functional impact of proposed technologies and efficiency opportunities.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting and risk/status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee resources including 3rd party providers.
