Job summary

Latitude AI LLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer—Identity and Device Management, & Networking Security—to lead hands-on security for HPC/virtualization and data center operations in a Ford-backed autonomous driving environment.

You will design, implement, and automate security across Entra/Okta, MDM, network devices, and cloud platforms while mentoring the team and partnering with IT and product groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's +2).
• Strong background in identity and device management and network security architecture.
• Experience deploying security from scratch to production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy identity and device management solutions (Entra/Okta, MDM like Intune).
• Design and engineer network security across software, network, and infrastructure layers.
• Advise on DMZ architectures, NAC/NAP, and secure data movement across sites.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with secure configurations.
• Collaborate with Cloud Platform, IT, and Product teams on security solutions.
• Develop automation for security controls and device access to services.
• Create dashboards and metrics for cyber security posture.
