You will evaluate security controls, lead incident response, mentor staff, and drive architectural security across the enterprise to protect members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of information security experience required.
• Expertise securing AI-enabled tech, including AI/ML, with identity access, data protection, and AI misuse risk knowledge.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring, and decision making.
• Broad knowledge of cloud computing, security controls, and IT architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, technical direction, mentoring, and coaching for security analysts and engineers.
• Secure AI-enabled tech through assessments, testing, and control validation.
• Apply analytics to security data to improve threat detection and risk prioritization.
• Collaborate to design and implement security architectures across IT systems.
• Research and advocate new technologies and security products for enterprise needs.
• Ensure security solutions meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Lead vendor engagements and security operations, including incident response leadership.
