Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our Federal Solutions team. You will support the Ground-based Midcourse Dense (GMD) program under the TN-MDSE contract with the Missile Defense Agency.

The role focuses on RMF, SSP creation, and security artifact management across the system lifecycle. You will develop and review SSPs, IATTs, ATCs and ATOs, coordinate with government teams, and ensure proper artifact handling in eMASS while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• Master's degree may be preferred at this level.
• Active Secret Clearance with TS eligibility required; DoD 8570 IAM Level II (Security+ or equivalent) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop System Security Plans (SSPs), IATT, ATC and ATO packages for the MDA GMD Cybersecurity Division.
• Perform RMF analyses and address IA-related technical problems.
• Ensure security artifacts are created, reviewed and updated.
• Manage artifacts in eMASS and verify RMF requirements are met.
