Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to secure the software development lifecycle within water-resource focused infrastructure. You’ll embed security controls, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure resilience of applications deployed in cloud-native environments.

You will collaborate across engineering and IT to implement advanced threat detection, conduct penetration testing, and guide secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a college degree

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security monitoring and develop custom rules to detect threats.
• Lead incident response for complex events including forensic analysis.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments and simulated attacks across infra and apps.
• Remediate vulnerabilities with IT and development teams; strengthen secure coding in SDLC.
• Review security controls and ensure compliance with frameworks; lead remediation efforts.
• Research threat actors and develop forward-looking threat intelligence and defense strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development.
• Support enterprise security strategies aligned with business objectives.
