Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Senior Manager, Cyber Risk Insights to lead a team focused on developing executive-ready risk insights across STS cyber and technology environments. You will shape metrics, dashboards, and reporting to enable risk-informed decisions.

This on-site Phoenix role partners with technology, risk, compliance, and audit to mature analytics, governance, and controls while advancing responsible innovation with appropriate oversight and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management or cybersecurity risk with leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex risk programs, analytics capabilities, or governance routines.
• Strong understanding of risk indicators, metrics governance, and reporting narratives.
• Experience owning metric methodology, data quality, and dashboard controls.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for cyber risk insights, metric development, dashboard delivery, analytics routines, reporting quality, and stakeholder enablement.
• Define, maintain, and improve the STS cyber and technology risk insights strategy, including indicators, reporting, data standards, and scalable practices.
• Oversee data collection, validation, analysis of structured/unstructured data to identify trends, anomalies, and risk linkages for timely decisions.
• Establish centralized reporting and executive-ready dashboards communicating cyber risk posture, performance themes, and leadership priorities.
• Partner with risk and technology leaders to improve metric quality, data lineage, and alignment to standards and frameworks.
• Develop procedures, templates, and governance routines to support analytics, dashboards, and risk insight delivery.
