Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's Global Cyber Risk Services seeks a Senior Associate – Cyber Resilience and Red Teaming. You will perform hands-on penetration testing across networks, apps, and cloud, emulate adversaries, and help clients strengthen security. You will create reports, mentor juniors, and contribute to tool development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Active OSCP certification.
Hands-on experience with penetration testing across networks, web apps, and Active Directory.
Proficiency with standard offensive tools (Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, etc.).

Responsibilities

Plan and perform hands-on penetration tests across networks and applications.
Execute red team and adversary emulation engagements per MITRE ATT&CK.
Develop tooling and scripts to automate assessments.
Produce clear reports with business impact and remediation guidance.
Mentor junior consultants and share reusable assets.
