Research Innovations Inc. (RII) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cybersecurity-related program teams in support of customer missions and business objectives. The role is based in Melbourne, FL with travel to the Washington, D.C.

area and other sites as needed. This position requires an Active US Top Secret security clearance and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI. You will manage program plans, risks, schedules, and costs, while driving growth and delivering mission-focused outcomes for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a program manager on cybersecurity software development contracts.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and delivering mission-focused outcomes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and directing program team activities.
• Pursue on-program growth, including business development and proposal management.
• Establish and implement program plans with timelines, costs, and risk controls.
• Drive execution to ensure on-time, within-budget deliveries.
• Lead proposal efforts, including color team reviews and volume development.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop program execution roadmaps and customer engagement.
